We were ever so excited this weekend to see our Lemon Drop Chilli Jam being used as an ingredient for a Chilli Margarita on television's Sunday Brunch! The recipe was designed by the lovely Pritesh Mody (he's on instagram here) and of course, I had to try making it straight away. It was ridiculously good!

Lemon Drop Chilli Margarita
40ml tequila
20ml cointreau
30ml lime juice
10ml agave syrup (we didn't have any so used honey)
1/4tsp Lemon Drop Chilli Jam (or more if you want it hotter!)
Method
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a margarita glass or ice filled tumbler. Garnish with a lemon wedge (or chilli!) and optional salt rim.
