Winner of The Best Marmalade in the World!
We use fresh juicy Amalfi lemons for this special marmalade. They’re large, very fragrant, a little sweet and a little sour – perfect for this award winning member of our marmalade family!
All the lemons are hand sliced to a medium shred and then cooked slowly to soften. We add the sugar then boil quickly until setting point is reached. We've opted for a traditional firm set for all you traditional marmalade fans. The flavour is of fresh lemons, bitter, and sweet, and we're really quite proud of this one.

Each jar contains 225g. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

Amalfi Lemon Marmalade
I've never ever been a marmalade fan. Until today....the Amalfi Lemon has changed everything !! This is utterly delicious, it's amazing on rye bread, and have just seen your lemon and poppy seed cupcake recipe, which we will be making at the weekend (if there's any left in the jar 3 days from now !). So much flavour, really is delicious. Thankyou. 🍋
Not too sweet not too sharp. Best lemon marmalade ever.

Fantastic and well deserved title of best marmalade.
OMG this is the best marmalade I have ever tasted
This is lovely marmalade with plenty of tasty thin pieces of peel in it, good consistency. Just wished it wasn’t so expensive.
I’m really looking forward to trying the lime marmalade I also bought!
Mouthwatering I love it 😍
Nicola founded Single Variety Co from her kitchen table with the aim of creating a range of seriously delicious fruit preserves and chilli jams. She carefully selected the finest ingredients, British where possible, and packed each jar full of as much fruit as possible with much less sugar than traditional jams. These aims remain the same today in our little jam factory in Bristol - as if Nicola had made them from home! Which is why we work closely with our local suppliers and take great pride in delivering to you the very best products we possibly can.
