We use fresh juicy Amalfi lemons for this special marmalade. They’re large, very fragrant, a little sweet and a little sour – perfect for our newest member of our marmalade family!

All the lemons are hand sliced to a medium shred and then cooked slowly to soften. We add the sugar then boil quickly until setting point is reached. We've opted for a traditional firm set for all you traditional marmalade fans. The flavour is of fresh lemons, bitter, and sweet, and we're really quite proud of this one.

Each jar contains 225g. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

At Single Variety Co, we are passionate about creating a truly premium range of award-winning chilli jams and fruit preserves, making everything ourselves in our family run jam factory in Bristol. We use just one variety in each of our products - showcasing the unique flavour, colour and aroma of that single variety. Hence the name!

Storage & Shelf Life

Our jams are made with a two year shelf life. Once opened keep refrigerated and enjoy within 4 weeks.

Terrific Lemon Marmalade

Wonderful fresh and tangy flavour without being sharp on the tastebuds.The consistency is just perfect,not too soft set and not overly firm.
Yes, the price for the size of jar is a little expensive but it is evidently a luxury product which is well worth it.Treat yourself!

Sunshine in a jar! Pure Mediterranean yumminess. Seriously addictive. Absolutely love it - have bought the biggest jar and still managed to put a dent in it! Best marmalade I've ever tasted. Soft set and glorious!

The Single Variety Co Promise
