Here's what you need for a quick and easy dessert idea that's great for sharing (serves 4)...
2 tbsp elderflower cordial
1 tbsp lemon juice
400ml double cream
3 tbsp ready-made vanilla custard
50g amaretti biscuits, roughly crushed
2 meringue nests, crushed

See below for instructions...
1. Pour the elderflower cordial, lemon juice and double cream into a bowl and whisk to medium peaks
2. Fold the custard and amaretti biscuits through the mixture
3. Into 4 glasses, create layers using the mixture and generous helpings of your Invicta Gooseberry Preserve
4. Top each glass with a scattering of crushed up meringue and chill until ready to serve
