This sauce is the perfect base to any quick stir fry. Simple fry off your meat or vegetables of choice before adding the sauce. Allow to gently simmer for just a couple of minutes for create a thick, glossy sauce, before you’re ready to serve.

INGREDIENTS:
150g Golden Pineapple Preserve
30g tamarind paste
1 tsp chilli sauce, we use sriracha
40g tomato ketchup
1 tsp light soy sauce
METHOD:
- Place all the ingredients in a bowl, and gently stir to form a thick sauce ready for cooking.
- Add to your stir fry at the end of cooking and allow to heat through for a couple of minutes before serving.
- Spoon into a sterilised jar and store in the fridge for up to 5 days if you wish to save the sauce for another day.
