Made with much more fruit and less sugar than a traditional jam. We love it in porridge!

About Single Variety Co

At Single Variety Co, we are passionate about creating a truly premium range of award-winning chilli jams and fruit preserves, making everything ourselves in our family run jam factory in Bristol. We use just one variety in each of our products - showcasing the unique flavour, colour and aroma of that single variety. Hence the name!

Ingredients

British blackcurrants, sugar, lemon juice. Prepared with 54g fruit per 100g, total sugars 52g per 100g.

Storage & Shelf Life

Our jams are made with a two year shelf life. Once opened keep refrigerated and enjoy within 4 weeks.

Delicious sandwiched between shortbreads with buttercream.

She carefully selected the finest ingredients, British where possible, and packed each jar full of as much fruit as possible with much less sugar than traditional jams. These aims remain the same today in our little jam factory in Bristol - as if Nicola had made them from home!
