Our award winning Lemon Drop Chilli Jam in a GIANT JAR. A whopping 1.13kg of jam to be precise (that's over 5x regular jars!) This is a very hot chilli jam! Lemon Drop Chillies are very hot chillies that have a unique lemony flavour. We use them in this jam for a citrusy hot flavour.

Sugar, Lemon Drop Chillies, Cider Vinegar, Natural Pectin. Prepared with 27g chillies per 100g, total sugars 54g per 100g

Beautiful but better in the smaller jar

I LOVE this chilli jam beyond words. However I bought the big jar this time and unfortunately it’s just not quite as good as the small jars. Definitely not as hot and the seeds rise to the top which creates a different texture. Unfortunate as it’s better value. Probably worth it if you don’t like it quite so hot. But me, I want lip tingling, mouth watering, call the fire brigade heat!!

I really like hot jams, chutneys etc. I make my own chutneys and jams but this is the best, and hottest, chilli jam ever. Keep up the great work.
