Made using British blackcurrants, our Ben Tirran Blackcurrant Preserve is bursting with a rich and tarty fruitiness.

Made with much more fruit and less sugar than a traditional jam. We love it in porridge!

About Single Variety Co

At Single Variety Co, we are passionate about creating a truly premium range of award-winning chilli jams and fruit preserves, making everything ourselves in our family run jam factory in Bristol. We use just one variety in each of our products - showcasing the unique flavour, colour and aroma of that single variety. Hence the name!

Ingredients

British blackcurrants, sugar, lemon juice. Prepared with 54g fruit per 100g, total sugars 52g per 100g.

Storage & Shelf Life

Our jams are made with a two year shelf life*. Once opened keep refrigerated and enjoy within 4 weeks.

Gorgeous flavour

I love searching for and trying recipes that Single Variety Co. have on their blog. The blackcurrant cheesecake is truly delicious using this jam and admired by everyone who’ve tried it, so I make sure I always have a jar in the cupboard!

Really intense blackcurrant flavour, wonderful stirred into yogurt, and I imagine- soon to be tried - hot buttered toast, scones, rye bread etc. Fruity tang and not too sweet which I prefer.

The Single Variety Co Promise
