Our chilli jams are hand-made in small batches at our jam factory in Bristol. We work with chilli farmers across the UK and worldwide to source unique chillies for each jam and then ensure each jar is jam packed full with them. We don't add tomatoes, peppers or garlic to our jams - we want the true chilli flavour to shine through. Spice up supper, slather on a roast or shake over ice for a kicking cocktail – the options are endless. Perfect for all chilli lovers!

Tried most of chilli jam range at Bath Christmas Market

Fabulous chilli jams especially Fireflame and Scotch Bonnet, however the mild Amarillo chilli jam is amazing. A little bit of heat and a fruity flavour, certainly a bit of a revelation for me as I normally go for hotter flavours

I have only just found these Chilli Jams - but whilst browsing I saw this gift pack and thought it would be ideal for a secondary xmas gift for a friend who is a Chilli mad like me - she loved them - will definitely purchase more for others, as gifts too. Glad I found you!

Great gift

I bought these as a possible gift, but once they arrived I decided I had to keep them for myself! The packaging is beautiful and delivery was very quick. I’ve only tried the Amarillo so far, but it is absolutely delicious. I will definitely be buying more of these.

The Single Variety Co Promise

Nicola founded Single Variety Co from her kitchen table with the aim of creating a range of seriously delicious fruit preserves and chilli jams. She carefully selected the finest ingredients, British where possible, and packed each jar full of as much fruit as possible with much less sugar than traditional jams. These aims remain the same today in our little jam factory in Bristol - as if Nicola had made them from home!
