Very nice soft set marmalade

Delicious….a bit messy as it’s so soft set but I like it like that. Sadly one jar had lost its lid and the contents had made a very sticky mess ….perhaps more secure packaging something to consider

Lovely refreshing tangy taste of the fruit. Just a little runny for me to get a little more on my toast in a morning.

Overly sweet and expensive for a small sized jar.

Liked the orange ones but the lemon seemed too sweet would have liked it more lemony

Marmalade selection

Loved the consistency, perfect for me, not at all sloppy. Nice balance of sweet and tart. Love them. Will definitely reorder.

Mixed

I loved the Amalfi Lemon marmalade. The Seville orange was a very firm set and I wasn't keen. The Blood Orange was delicious..but not set at all. Overall I don't think it was worth the price....however, the raspberry jam was the best we'd ever tried and I'm looking forward to trying the lime marmalade

The Single Variety Co Promise

Nicola founded Single Variety Co from her kitchen table with the aim of creating a range of seriously delicious fruit preserves and chilli jams. She carefully selected the finest ingredients, British where possible, and packed each jar full of as much fruit as possible with much less sugar than traditional jams. These aims remain the same today in our little jam factory in Bristol - as if Nicola had made them from home! Which is why we work closely with our local suppliers and take great pride in delivering to you the very best products we possibly can.
