    We use Black Bursa Figs to make this figgy, delicate preserve.  It's not too sweet, and full of juicy chunks of fig.  The Black Bursa variety is large, juicy and full of flavour: making it the prefect variety for this product.

    We cook the figs carefully in small batches for the shortest time possible to preserve their figgy flavour.  Then we add sugar (not too much, this isn't a sweet jam), and fresh lemon juice for the right level of acidity.  

    Absolutely delicious with cheese!

    Each jar contains 220g. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

    Black Bursa figs, Sugar, Lemon Juice, Natural Pectin. Prepared with 61g fruit per 100g, total sugars 46g per 100g
    Storage & Shelf Life

    Our jams are made with a two year shelf life. Once opened keep refrigerated and enjoy within 4 weeks.
    How To Enjoy

    It is great served with a cheeseboard, or on porridge or toast.

    I ordered 6 jars at the end of October and we only have half a jar left. In a matter of about.3 weeks we have virtually demolished the lot. There are just two of us.
    So I have just placed an order for 6 more jars. I think I will have to hide them from my husband. He will have to be rationed.
    I can not recommend this company and its products highly enough. Customer service and care are superb and extremely helpful. Enjoy whatever you choose from Single Variety you will not be disappointed.

    Love this! Just had some with Brie and walnuts and it’s such a lovely flavour, not too sweet but packed full of fruit. I’ve got in quick and ordered another two jars before they run out as it’s limited edition.
