The ruby grapefruit is often referred to as the crown jewel of citrus. Its beautiful pinkish-red flesh cooks down into a deep orange with a reddish tinge like a summer evening sunset. Originating in Barbados, the Ruby Grapefruit was a cross between sweet orange and pomelo seeds from Asia.

Its juicy, sweet and tangy flavour creates the perfect traditional marmalade - firmer set with the optimal balance between tangy and sweet, and packed with lots of thin cut peel. Delicious and perfect for all marmalade lovers.

Delightful!

What a fabulous marmalade! I will definitely be purchasing more. Gorgeous taste and lovely mix of chunky peel sizes. Texture is great and sits on toast very happily without sliding around/off.

The overall flavour is fantastic, but I would have preferred smaller pieces of peel. Personal taste only, and it's all gone.

I absolutely love this ruby grapefruit marmalade, the taste is so fresh and tangy I will definitely be ordering more, highly recommend this company and their amazing products

Out of this world!

Received 3 Jars of the Ruby Grapefruit Marmalade and promptly put one in the fridge overnight! Following morning, buttered some toasted sourdough bread and spooned on the marmalade! First bite…WOW… what a lovely tangy taste hits the taste buds. Absolutely delicious! So toasted more bread again, and had some more! Finished with breakfast to find that there was only 1/3 of the jar left! Just as well I have two more jars! Am I going to share the Grapefruit Marmalade with anyone….NO… it’s mine! 🤣 Going to buy some more though……There is a Pink Gin recipe that uses Ruby Grapefruit Marmalade to try………….

Very disappointed

Love the Almafi lemon marmalade so thought I would try this one. It is VERY sharp and has an odd texture. Annoyingly I bought 2 jars to save on postage so am now stuck with them

Couldn’t wait for this to arrive. Found it difficult finding a nice grapefruit marmalade. Was thinking of buying for Christmas present for a marmalade lover ……….. but had to try it myself.
Wow! This is just right, thick enough without being too thick, lovely slithers of grapefruit. Not too sweet like other brands.
Just wish I had ordered a large jar.
Will definitely buy again.

For me, this is the perfect breakfast marmalade - grapefruit already has more character than any other fruit, in my opinion, and Single Variety take this to another level!
