We use British Invicta Gooseberries for this delicious preserve, and cook them in small batches with the addition of fresh lemon juice to give the perfect combo of sweetness and tartness.
Each jar contains 1.13kg, that's over 5 x regular jars. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

At Single Variety Co, we are passionate about creating a truly premium range of award-winning chilli jams and fruit preserves, making everything ourselves in our family run jam factory in Bristol. For our gooseberry jam we source the tastiest British gooseberries we can find (the Invicta variety) and then pack each jar full of it using much less sugar than traditional jams. We use just one variety in each of our products - showcasing the unique flavour, colour and aroma of that single variety. Hence the name!

Our jams are made with a two year shelf life. Once opened keep refrigerated and enjoy within 4 weeks.
Go fancy if you like and create a gooseberry panna cotta, a crumble, or a cheesecake – just promise you’ll send us a pic and the recipe! Or simply dollop it on natural yoghurt or smother it on toast. We're sure you'll enjoy it whatever you decide.
